Vielleicht hätte ich Ruth Klügers „Frauen lesen anders“ nicht als Orientierung nehmen sollen, denn so kam es zu einem Missverständnis, als ich Die Antiquarin von Sheridan Hay entdeckte. Ums Lesen aus der weiblichen Sicht geht es hier nicht. Dennoch lese ich es:
